Join us at Ken’s Garden Center for the very first class in our new Dig In with Master Gardener Denise series!
Alaska’s growing season may be coming to an end, but there is still plenty to do in the garden. In Goodnight Garden, Master Gardener Denise will walk you through how to properly put your garden to bed and prepare it for the long Alaskan winter.
We’ll talk about fall garden cleanup, protecting your soil and plants, mulching, what should stay and what should go, and the simple steps you can take now to give your garden a healthier start next spring.
Whether you’re an experienced Alaska gardener or just getting started, bring your questions and come learn with us in a relaxed, friendly setting.
