Refunds require a 48 hour notice prior to pick-up date.
No refunds on balloons with special ordered products.                                            
Ken's Garden Center can not guarantee balloons after they leave the store.
Typically Balloon last 5-10 days.                                            
Please allow us 24 hours to fill your order.  
Call if you have a last minute orders for us to check availability.                                             
We are unable to fill balloons brought to us due to the type/quality of latex/foil used.
